By accessing or using 123DemoPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BeehiveStack ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Use of the Service also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
123DemoPro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to build, customize, and share Voice AI demo experiences for sales and marketing purposes. The Service includes a demo builder, leads dashboard, shareable demo links, pipeline tracking, and email outreach tools. Features vary by subscription tier.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at consumers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each subscription is issued to a single user account. You may not share, transfer, or resell account access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we believe are being shared or misused. Notify us immediately at support123@agentmail.to if you suspect unauthorized access.
123DemoPro offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Stripe. Annual subscribers receive a rate lock for the duration of their annual term. By providing payment information, you authorize BeehiveStack to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Subject to your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 123DemoPro for your internal business purposes during your active subscription period. Permitted uses include:

Demo usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused demos roll over to the following month up to a maximum bank of 1.5× your plan limit (75 on Starter, 300 on Pro, 750 on Scale). Exceeding your plan's demo limit will prevent new demo creation until the next billing cycle or until a top-up is purchased. Upgrading your plan immediately restores your higher limit.
All content, code, design, features, and infrastructure of the 123DemoPro platform are owned by BeehiveStack or its licensors. BeehiveStack retains all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
You retain full ownership of any custom scripts, bot personas, branding, and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to host and display your content solely as necessary to operate the Service on your behalf.
We strive for high availability on all paid plans. However:
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference. In summary: you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or as provided in our Refund Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEHIVESTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BEEHIVESTACK IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeehiveStack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Sections 9, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination. RepGuard™ sending inboxes associated with cancelled accounts will be deactivated and permanently deleted 30 days after the cancellation date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee. You waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days in advance.
